NLSC May 2010 Meeting

The May monthly meeting is all about YOU (the reason for our club)

The May Meeting will be very different from the usual. This meeting will combine:

á      Swap meet (bring your stuff and checkbook)

á      Vendor and business table displays (see below)

á      Member appreciation

á      FREE Hors dÕoeuvres

á      Brief business meeting

á      Socializing time – meet and arrange to go sailing

APPRECIATION & FOOD - The club board members wanted to recognize and show appreciation of the many people that make up our club and are the reason for our club's existence. Therefore we will have a short business meeting, then we will indulge ourselves with delicious Hors dÕoeuvres, Cake and a Punch bowl.

SWAP MEET - This will be a perfect opportunity to swap or sell those boxes of sailing gear youÕve been moving around in your garage and if you donÕt have any gear, who knows you may find that doo-dad you did not know you needed.

BUSINESS PROMOTION - New for this event, we would like our members who have a business or service they would like to show and promote to do it here, some examples; photography, auto repair, chartering, sailing lessons, printing, tree trimming, professional services of any kind, retail, I.T. services, anything folks would be interested in. We are also inviting some venders to bring products for sale and offer their services as well, these are mostly boat related and should be very informative for all of us.

Be Sure to RSVP so we will have enough food:  Contact Jerry Sicard (see below) and let us know how many of you plan to attend.
