Participant Cost

$35 per person includes Sailing (1 or both days) and Saturday Night Cook Out.

Full Payment by September 6, 2008.

Schedule

Boats in water by 9:00 AM Captain’s meeting: 9:30 AM

Morning sail: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Afternoon sail: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Meals

Breakfast and Lunch are on your own.

Bring a sack lunch and beverages for Saturday and Sunday to eat onboard while sailing.

Cook Out Saturday Night Only, 6:00 PM at Hok-Si-La Park Shelter #2

Entrees, side dishes, desserts and soft drinks provided by the club committee.

Lodging

Participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangements.

Some of the accommodations available:

· Hok-Si-La Park camping: (2 miles north of Lake City and 2 miles south of Hansens):
$25 per tent per night for 2 people (Close to picnic site and showers)
Two nights minimum not required because not a holiday weekend. Reserve soon.

· Frontenac State Park camping: (3 miles north of Hansens): $5 daily fee and an $8.50 reservation fee on top of the camping fee of ~$22-27. Website: www.dnr.state.mn.us/state_parks/frontenac/index.html

· Motel: AmericInn: $99/night, 2 queens, make your own reservation NOW, 1-651-345-5611.

· Condo: The Willows on the River (between Hok-Si-La and Lake City), one bedroom (2-4), two bedroom + loft (5-6), reserve NOW, will fill soon 1-651-345-9900. Condo units have fully equipped kitchens.
